Controversial I know.
But this is what I think.
He left the family , he wanted privacy etc he choose to move to another country and leave his royal duties behind.
I think this whole book 'spare' and the Netflix series is all just one big publicity stunt from someone who just wants attention despite leaving for privacy...
Yes I know there's issues within the royal family itself and some of the thing's he say about fighting with William etc is just sibling's well being siblings.
I'm sorry but if he wanted privacy why write a whole book and make a Netflix series it just doesn't make sense.
'There will be bad days, there will be good days, there will be really bad days, and really good days, and days that are not bad or good but just simply suck, but either way you got through it and you are here today and that is all that really matters''

Famous people are like that so I’m not surprised.
Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive

I don't follow the drama of it all fully but I think he chose to leave for the right reasons. He obviously has serious trauma which is hard for anybody outside of his little bubble to truly understand, and he was worried about his family being hurt again. I think writing the book, doing the interviews and documentaries are his way of having publicity on his own terms rather than having the control taken out of his hands entirely by being fair game due to who he is.
I mean I'm not big into celeb gossip and I definitely haven't (and won't be!) Read the book, but I'm all for people making their own choices. Everyone else gets the choice to walk away from jobs or toxic family, so more power to him I think!
