I had the injection last month (for the first time) and I'm having a really odd "period" right now. It's REALLY light, I have no cramps but it has lasted for about a week (mine normally last about 3-4 days) Is that normal? I know it can make your "periods" chaotic for the first 3 months or so but I didn't expect something like this.

Oh lord that sounds amazing. I got the shot and it made me bleed for MONTHS until they put me back on the pill. But yeah it will regulate and then eventually you will not get a period anymore.
