Re: im tired

Hi, I have days where I like pretty much have no energy, today was one of them, I find on the days where I have no energy or have a lack of motivation a walk around the block or around the park thats across from the road from me helps, also I find sitting by the duck pond really helpful as its calm there and allows me to to have some quiet time and fresh air. is there a park near you , could you go to the park and just sit listening to the sounds around you - kids happily playing, birds chirruping etc.
sometimes going to the park may feel too much and on those days I will try and do some things around my home like tidying it , or doing some laundry.

Hello, I am sorry about what you have been going through. Try getting a journal and write about what is going on because this will help take what you are feeling out of you. Also, try finding someone to talk to so they can help you. A therapist or someone else. Hope you will be okay soon.

Re: im tired

Hi there,

I'm so sorry to hear how you are feeling. I haven't read your prior posts so I'm not sure if this has been asked but have you spoken to anyone about what you're experiencing? Such as a family member, friend or a psychologist? They may be able to help you, just by listening.

Has there been any triggers that have caused you to feel like this?

Though I don't know exactly how you're feeling, I can sympathize as I've had my struggles with depression and anxiety which has caused me to experience a lack of motivation and energy to complete any tasks - whether it be as 'small' as brushing my teeth.

If you ever need anyone to talk to, my inbox is always open.

im tired

im just so sick and tired of everything. im sick and tired of myself. i dont have the energy to do anything for my friends who deserve it let alone do anything for myself. i don't have the energy for anything. this isnt living. i'm barely surviving. i have no job, no purpose. i sit at home all day every day barely doing anything because that's all i know how to do, that's all i can do. i don't feel human.
