Hey, I know it’s easier said than done but don’t be angry at yourself. Like you said it’s all part of recovery.
Sometimes things happen, and we have little blips, blips are all part of recovery. 7 years is great, and this doesn’t mean those 7 years are gone, you’ve had a little blip and that’s okay. You can move on from this. Go easy on /with yourself.

Relapse

I was almost 7 years selfharm free, but I've relapsed and I hate it
I'm so angry at myself, but I'm trying to tell myself its OK.

I know recovery can be hard and it's okay to fall.
I get up again and I'm fighting
