Background color.

Changing background color.

Would it be possible to give users the option to change their default background color when using the website and its features? Browsing on TeenHelp with the bright white background color puts a strain on my eyes and I have to dim my computer screen. On Discord, I have the background color set to a dark grey (not quite black) color. On Kindle Reader, I have my app set to a pastel green color almost equivalent to hex code #b8d8be.
