I made a parfait out of nonfat vanilla yogurt and some organic cinnamon raisin granola. I'm currently munching on it with a giant, steaming mug of black coffee on the side.

Tonight, it was a platter of sauteed mushrooms, tofu, and scrambled eggs all mixed together, with plenty of garlic and seasoning salt for extra flavor. *drools*
