Terrible anxiety involving phone calls

One thing which really triggers my anxiety is making phone calls to people I don't know, especially if it is about a job. I panic and end up either lost for words or stuttering and sounding awkward....

I went on a school trip to see Of Mice and Men in theatre. My friend wasn't going to go originally because all the spaces on the coach had been filled but somebody dropped out so he was able to go....

I am a Christian (non-denominational) but I do believe in science and evolution and I also support LGBT+ rights.
