I've been hanging in there for this weekend because there's a 2 day training for mental health first aid. I'm there now and it will be 8 hours today abd 8 hours tomorrow so that's keeping me safe...

Shower and body lotion after. I never had body lotion before but now I do and it is lavender and sandalwood flavor, yummy. It feels so fresh on my skin

Therapy and my support group falls on the same day so I have both today which means I will be out in the morning, back home for doing chores and errands and then back out at 4:45pm and back home...
