I love that pause when your song changes on your laptop. I am listening to music in Business Class and my teacher was speaking. I couldn't hear a word and then the song changed. This is what she sounded like:

Hey, I'm not totally sure why it's doing this since I've never had that problem. I would recommend when you're responding to a message, click "go advanced", then scroll down to where it has some boxes you can check off. One says "save a copy of this message in your sent items folder". Make sure that's checked. Let me know if that helps.
I mostly try to answer relationships/dating & sex/puberty type questions, however sometimes I answer rape/abuse questions or other topics. It usually depends on the question. I tend to have more problems answering depression questions, since I find them a bit triggering, but I try to help when I can. & Good for you -

My name is Hamed Khatiz and I am an eighteen year old student from the lovely and well publicised city of Sydney. I joined TeenHelp in 2011 and came into the experience needing someone to talk to, and came out of the experience loving it ever since. Even though I am nowhere near as prominent or exuberant on the site as I used to be, I still take a lot of pride in the role I play, particularly in my staff role.
I have learnt so much through the experience and met so many amazing and strong people that I don't think I can fully leave. Not in my heart anyways.
