I've been pretty down lately. I haven't been to a therapist in about 5 months and that doesn't really bother me but i haven't been able to see a psychiatrist (sp?) in over 2 months now and me meds haven't worked and now I'm having to switch over to another group in hopes that their med people aren't all leaving. Plus school is absolutely killing me (I need to study geography (
) all day today for my test tomorrow). Anyway, ugh, so not too good. And sorry for kinda dumping all that on you. -
