Hey Christian! I'm one of the Live Help Mentors, and I noticed you were wanting to go on Live Help? If you wanted to talk to a mentor on LH and it is offline, you are welcome to message one of the people in teal and see if they are available to go on. LH is only online when mentors are available, so there are no set times when it will be on. Some mentors might have set times they themselves go on, however that might not be the case for everyone. I know I have set times, and you are welcome to message me if you wanted to know what they are. Live Help may be offline for a few reasons, like school or work, but you are always welcome to message one of us and ask us to go online for a chat!
