Sorry about the late reply. You're not doing anything wrong mine did that to start with so I downloaded the Livehelp thing and then it doesn't keep going off the away bit.

I haven't seen that book in ages. I wonder if they still sell it.

Quick question. I'm still getting used to the LiveHelp system and I set my status to Away so I can't get any more calls (I have to go eat soon) but it keeps changing me back to Online. O.o Did I do something wrong here?
