There are various ways to get advice and support around the site as well! There's the Chat Room, which is located in the blue bar, there's HelpLINK, which is where you submit an e-mail message, and you're guaranteed three replies within a few hours from HelpLINK mentors, and then there's Live Help, which is an instant messaging program.
