		yah there might be other people who do that but i never heard of anyone else. i just remembered tellyourself your wrong and you are good and that butterfly one where you wait till it fades away and youve gone that long without cutting

		usually it's cause i feel like im not good enough and have been told bad things about me so much i forget the good. so everywhere i used to cut i write somthing good about myself. and on my stomach ( i used to cut there the most) i write. "I AM WORTH IT!"

		Thats great! I use writin when I get a bit depressed, take care of it before it gets alot worse. And if Im mad I just think what I want to say and scream it in my mind. And sooner or later I forget about that and Im fine. Wbu?
