Hello and welcome to TeenHelp! I'm so excited that you're here! My name is Sam and I'm a Community Mentor here. In a nutshell, that means that I'm around to help you navigate the site and answer any questions that you might have about the different resources TeenHelp has to offer. Think of me as your own personal tour guide! I love chatting with our members as well, so I'm definitely always around, whether you're in the mood for a low-key conversation or need support/advice on something that you're dealing with!

One of the first things I like to recommend to our new users is taking a moment to create a thread in our Arrivals and Departures forum (here). It's a quick, easy way to introduce yourself to our community and it gives everyone the chance to give you a proper TeenHelp welcome! I'd also recommend checking out our Chat Room (here). Spending some time in there will help you meet other users on the site, with rooms dedicated to fun, laid-back conversations and seeking or giving support and advice. It's definitely one of my personal favorite features of the site.

There are so many different features on TeenHelp that listing them all would turn this message into a short novel. If there's something specific that you're hoping to get out of the site, please let me know! I'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
