Welcome to TeenHelp! My name is Alessa and I'm a buddy here. We have light green usernames and help new users find their way around and feel comfortable. I saw you in the chat room today but I figured I'd stop by and personally welcome you. Don't be offended if you didn't get the help you were looking for in the chat lobby. The chat lobby is used for chit chat and craziness of everyone here. There is a specific room called Support & Advice in the chat room. If you double click the name on the right hand side you will appear in that room. Usually if there is no one in there, people will start to go in if they see someone is there. You can also click where it says online in the drop down menu and click "need help". Then an icon will appear next to your name and people will know you are looking for some help. I know it can be intimidating your first time but don't worry, we are here to help you out. The stickies in the Arrivals and Depatures forum will help you find your way around and learn all about TH. Don't hesitate to ask me if you ever need anything. Hang in there.
