I hope you're having a super fine day!!
The 'CanadaCraig' account is alive - and presumably well. It's just being held prisoner at HelpLINK. I'm a HelpLINK mentor and when there are a lot of 'urgent messages' a mentor is automatically redirected to HelpLINK and can't escape until they respond to a certain number of messages. Well... I responded to 7 in a row - more than required - but I'm still stuck there. I can't do anything about it. So I finally became irked enough to tell TH that I quit. But I had to create the 'CraigBarton' profile to do it. Still haven't heard back from them. I hope they don't screw this up. I don't want to stop being 'CanadaCraig'.
Did any of that make sense?! lol
