I see you have already made a post on the site and that is wonderful. I really do hope that you were able to get the advice you needed! Two of the other great ways to get advice on the site are HelpLINK and Live Help, since you are guaranteed responses and they are run by staff members who are dedicated to helping our users. With HelpLINK, it's an email system and you can write in a ticket any time. With Live Help, you only are able to use it when it's online, but it is one-on-one.

There are other things to do too such as Blogs, where you're able to ramble or just post what's going on in your life. It's a nice place to keep track of things.
