I really like the quote you put on your About Me. Who wrote it? Or was it something that you came up with yourself? It's good. Also, I really love the shade of blue you have on your profile. There are so many nice shades of blue out there. My profile is blue too, only it's designed.

I see you have already made a post which is great, and I do hope someone comes along to answer it. There are other areas of the site where you are guaranteed a response! HelpLINK is where you write in through an email system, and Live Help is where you talk to someone about what is going on one-on-one through an email system, so those are two things to consider.
