I came home from class and my name is no longer pink. I knew it would be changed soon but seeing it made me cry. I did find out that I get to be associate staff though so I can log into livehelp and helplink whenever I want and help out without any set requirements as regular staff have. That makes me a little happier!

It's okay. Do what you have to do and you can apply again in the future.
