HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Name's Hamed . I just wanted to say a massive welcome to the site from me to you. The site is awesome and a great way to meet new people and get support about a massive range of issues, but it can get a little bit confusing at times. Especially for a newbie . Let me help you with a few helpful links. And BTW, the words in bold are links .

THE SUPPORT FORUMS: To get advice about a range of different issues.
HOW TO USE THE FORUMS: Pretty self explanatory (tory, anotary ?!?!?!??!)
THE CHAT ROOM: To meet new peeps and get advice also, there's a support room.
SOCIAL GROUPS: To meet people with similar interests.... like a page on FB.
MY PROFILE: Whenever you wanan chat or if you have any questions.
