    Those states have the cheapest cost of living and all that adult stuff. Plus the one house I found in Arkansas is close by to the city the college there would be and it has a nice yard. Plus I mean it's not as expense as say getting a house here in CT. Heck, Renting a four bedroom, two bath house there is like renting a two bedroom apartment here
