Hello and welcome to TeenHelp! My name is Sam and I'm a Community Mentor here. Basically, that means that I'm available to help you find your way around and to answer any questions that you might have about the different features the site offers. I'm also always around for a chat, whether you need support/advice on something or just feel like talking about random things.

Now that you're here, I highly recommend taking a moment to create a thread in our Arrivals and Departures forum (here). It's one of the quickest ways to introduce yourself to the community and I know we would all love to give you a proper TeenHelp welcome! Outside of the forums, we have some other amazing places to ask for advice. Our HelpLINK system (here) gives you the opportunity to submit a ticket to be responded to by our amazing HelpLINK Mentors. One of the nice things about HelpLINK is the fact that it's also more private, as tickets are only seen by the HelpLINK team, which makes it perfect for anything you may not want to talk about in the forums. You can also receive or give support and advice through our Chat Room (here). There are designated rooms within Chat or you can reach out in the main lobby and receive support in real-time, which can be so helpful!
