Aw, at least they were there for you. I feel as if my parents would be like "lol I paid for all this stuff so." but maybe I'm wrong. xD You shoulda had a movie night after.

I mean SOME are good but. Not normally.

It did suck, my best friend had no idea why I was so upset with her. But my dad came and picked me up, got me to wait at the door while he brought the car round so I didn't have to walk in the snow, and my mum had a hot chocolate waiting for me when I got back.
We only had one "prom" (we called it a Formal) but we did have a Halloween Disco and Christmas Ceilidh every year, they just weren't as big a deal.

They're really not. Look at most film adaptations.

That's great! Although my prom sucked, I've always thought it'd be more fun to go in a group of friends instead of with one person. Who can then ditch you for people who don't like you. After promising not to. And then you have to fake being sick so you can get out of there. ANYWAY.

Broadchurch was an 8 part drama series with David Tennant over here last year. MTV made their own version but I really doubt it'll be as good. They're making a second series of the British one just now.

So, I saw "This reminded me of you and Chess" then "Delete anyone in your life" and since I didn't read fully I was like "WHY DOES SHE WANT ME TO STOP BEING FRIENDS WITH CHESS"
