Ahhh yeah I can see how that'd be a problem. xD Depends on what your parents are like. Admitted to them about something I did once and got "That could have killed you!" I didn't have the heart to explain that was the general idea.

I did, but thankfully I wasn't like... Gulping it down. Drinks in that place are expensive so to make it last the whole meal you need to master the art of tiny sips.

That was the thing, just because I vented about walking in front of a bus doesn't mean I'd ACTUALLY do it - that'd hurt! Parents worry too much sometimes.

Awwwwww. My parents know about TH, I used to use Live Help as an excuse to keep the internet on longer. They know I still use it because I'm pretty sure some of my drink hit them when I read the PM from Rob offering me PA while we were out for dinner. Whoops.
I'm sure you're far too awesome in real life for them to worry about you running crazy on a website.

If my parents could see the things I post, especially my blog currently, oh God, they WOULD take me to the hospital.

I had a dream once where my mom discovered I was on TH. I knew that she did because I saw that she made an account. At that point I was still "Dez" too. Then in my dream my sister was helping me change all my details which is weird because she doesn't know about TH either. I woke up scared.

I just googled "tattoo doctor" and clicked the images button. I had two before this one, both were places where I could rant and vent and get out my emotions. My cousins found both and showed the family, and my parents threatened to take me to hospital. For venting. I was in no danger at all. Overreactions. Honestly.
It'd be easier if you could hide certain posts from certain people on tumblr like you can on facebook. Or make it so that ONLY your followers (or select followers) can see some things.

I think that'd take months of searching for me. I've had a million Tumblrs. One I made originally. I made another so I could post anything, triggering or not, without family/friends from real life knowing then followed them anyway... Then I started following THers, felt bad about triggering content, and made another one just for triggering content.

We're not that adorable, people keep staring at us though.
