So far I've only noticed it in Discussion Forums but I post there more than anywhere else. I've seen it happen to you and Adam there too. When I'm on my phone I get a "no data received" page and have to reload the page for almost every link I click on. At least it's not just my phone/laptop if you're having issues too. Maybe it's something to speak to Rob about?

That's true. I tend to sit up all hours typing obsessively with my assignments so at least I'll have weekends to do that without work suffering, if I get this job. Sometimes I wish I did go to a "real" uni just so I had more structure.

The blank page is what I had before the network error post. Is it worth telling someone about, and is it happening on all forum areas?

I guess at the very least it isn't all at once that you have to do it? But since they are all essays and reports I would be hesitant to do them early as well. But I'm sure you will get them all done well when you get to do them.

It's changed now, it takes ages to load and then just leaves me with a blank page when I post. So I need to navigate back to the thread, find my post (which has usually posted twice) and then delete one of them where the same thing happens with the blank page. I have no idea what's going on but it's insanely tedious to keep going round in circles for ONE post.

Well two of them only have three, so if the final amount they contribute towards my mark is 60% I think each of them will be worth 20%. The Childhood course is a big one so that has four. I guess that means they'll be worth slightly less but have more work involved.
Before every assignment there's usually a chance to meet your tutor at a local uni (local-ish. Mine is an hour bus ride away) to go over what you need to know and the best way to approach it. I'm too scared to do any assignments early (they're all essays/reports based on the reading material so I need to read a few chapters first anyway) but if I did one early and got it finished, then went to a tutorial and realised I did it all wrong and had to do it again I'd probably cry. You have a kind of schedule thing so it tells you what chapters to read and activities to do each week so it could be worse.

Any time I seem to edit/sometimes post a post it gives me a network error too today. But it still goes through.

Ten is a lot! And they're all huge assignments too?

Maybe try and get some of the smaller things done ahead of time to save room for the bigger things?

    I forgot about this VM
Statistics? That sounds like my idea of Hell. 25% is a lot!
This year I'm stuck on Childhood Development and Child Psychology, Counselling: Exploring Fear and Sadness, and Sport and Exercise Psychology: A Case Study Approach. The counselling one is the only one I actually WANT to do. The worst part is that your final grade is generally something like 60% from coursework assignments and 40% from an exam essay. Between the three I'll have TEN assignments to do this year. And my first two are due on the same freaking day.
So if, sometime around November 20, you find me in a puddle of tears in a distant corner of Chat, you'll know why.

Not editing no, but all my posts post twice and then when I try to delete one it takes forever to load and eventually I need to just reload the page. They do delete but it just takes so long. I don't know what's up but by the look of the staff forums I'm not the only one having the double posting issue.

Umm public health, but here you have to take general education classes first.

I'm in statistics, and the prof wants everything SOSOSOSOSOSO precise that I probably will get everything wrong. Plus he only grades the tests, 25% each!!

Then for some reason in English, I had a hard time understanding one of the major readings, which will screw me over.

INQ, I don't know when any of the seminars I need are and I'm scared I'll miss them because I need to find them on the website, BUT WHERE.

    Wellness seems good though.

    Ohhhhh have fun! Sounds good.

Already stressful? What are you studying? I'm treasuring my free time while I have it. My module websites open mid September and the course officially starts October 4th.

I'll test it tomorrow night. I went back home for the weekend and then made plans with a friend for tomorrow, so I won't be getting back to my dorm until 8 or 9 PM. So I'll probably have to unlock it myself.

    Yes, so stressful.
