It's basically our job to do that so that anybody who needs a hand with things, whether it be getting used to the features, learning of them, or even just wanting a chat, knows that they can come to us with any issues they're having. Since you haven't posted yet, I'm assuming you haven't looked through the forums? IF this is the case, I definitely recommend them to you! You can find advice, or give advice, for just about anything there depending on your abilities or needs and it's a great idea to see if anything there will be useful to you. If not, there's no reason why you can't take a look anyway! Perhaps you could look at the Arrivals and Departures forum and post an introduction there for us? That way we get to know a bit about you and why you're here, and when we welcome you, you get to know a bit about us and the site. It's good for us all.
