When I'm not on, there are lots of other staff members on the site, so be sure to send a message to one of the users with the green usernames. I find that the best place to start out on here is Arrivals and Departures. That's where you can say hi to the other users and learn a bit more about the forum. There are also a few helpful stickies at the top of that section, like How to use the forums and Obtaining Support and Advice.
