Hello there welcomee to Teen Help. My name is Chandler and I am a Buddy here. I'd like to introduce you to a few areas of the site that I find beneficial. First i'd like to introduce you to the Arrivals and Departures thread which is where you can make your first forum post and tell us a little bit more about yourself. Next off i'd like to introduce you to the how to obtain support and advice thread which is where it will tell you all about the different ways there are to obtain support and advice on this wonderful community. Next off is going to be the chat room which is where you can meet all kinds of wonderful people and maybe meet some new friends who have some of the same common interests as you. The chat room can be found here http://www.teenhelp.org/chat. Lastly i'd like to tell you about the three main ways that there are to obtain support and advice on TH. First were going to talk about the Live Help System which is our one on one based way of getting advice. How the Live Help system works is when there is a Live Help Operator on you can go to Live help and talk to them about anything that seems to be troubling you at that point in time. The next area of the site that I want to tell you about will be the Help Link System. Help link is our email based system. How help link works is you go and make a ticket and give as much information as you can about what's going on. What happens next is that our Help Link Mentors will log in and look at the tickets that are open and leave comments on the tickets that will help you with what you are having trouble with. The last area I want to talk to you about will be the support forums. How the support forums work is you go there and look for the correct forum that your topic should go in and you can get loads of advice from different people in the community. Now that the hard parts done, what are your favorite things to do when you have free time? My favorite things to do are read, sleep, and watch T.V oh and of course come on teen help.
