Yeah definitely! Some people prefer Live Help because it's one-on-one in real time, but I prefer HelpLINK because it gives me more time to think.

Thank you so much! I felt like LiveHelp would be a bit better for me, since I'm better at helping people one on one, but HelpLink seems really cool too! I can see how both could have their own pros and cons.

I hope you like it! My very first position was Live Help, although I was quick to switch to HelpLINK (not that LH is bad, it's just some people have their preferences!). If you have any questions about staffly things, feel free to let me know!
