Yeah definitely! Some people prefer Live Help because it's one-on-one in real time, but I prefer HelpLINK because it gives me more time to think.

Thank you so much! I felt like LiveHelp would be a bit better for me, since I'm better at helping people one on one, but HelpLink seems really cool too! I can see how both could have their own pros and cons.
