Basically, that means I'm available to help you get settled and answer any questions that you might have about the different resources TeenHelp offers. I'm also always around for a chat, whether you need advice on something you're going through or just feel like having a fun, low-key conversation.

One of the first things I recommend to new users is taking a moment to create a thread in our Arrivals and Departures forum (here). It's one of the fastest ways to introduce yourself to our community and it gives our members the chance to give you a proper TeenHelp welcome!
