You can also use live help and help-link. Help-link works like an email system, and live help works like an instant messaging program abit like MSN or something similar. You can tell when live help is online because it will be green and will show up as online. You can access these by using the menu bar just above the forum and clicking on them.

We also have an articles section and a videos section too, these have some great videos and articles in them on a range of different subjects, so how about checking them out ? These can also be found in the menu bar above the forums.
