My name's Tay, I'm 15, and I'm a Buddy here on TeenHelp! TH is a wonderful, awesome, and safe place to be, coming from someone who has been on here longer than a year and doesn't know a single person who doesn't love it!

If you ever have any questions, or just need a friend to talk to, I'm always here I was just sort of browsing through your profile and blog, and I saw that you are struggling with self harm and are trying not to do it. I jsut wanted to tell you that, first of all, you are not alone, I promise, and there is hope, you just have to wait and look for it. But don't give up, and stay strong
