I see you're finding your way around the features awesomely. The social groups and blogs are awesome. I just wanted to suggest a few others in case you haven't already checked them out. Like the Chat-Room for example, it's a really fun place to meet new members and just chat. There's also the Albums. The Articles and Newsletter are really interesting as well.
Along with the support forums for advice/support, there's also a couple features solely for advice. Such as HelpLINK and LiveHelp. You're welcome to use any ways to get support/advice.
