    im heading for an anorexic rollercoaster if i dont stop,
    but i cant. all i wanna do is lose that weight and then go back to eating again. im probley going into the eraly stages of anorexia but idk.
    at least when i chew up my food and then i spit it out it cuts my hunder and craving REALLY WELL. so i feel full even though i didnt eat anything. but still, its really bad.
