I would recommend for you to post a thread HERE introducing yourself and say a little bit about why you joined if you haven't already

There is a chat room that is at the bottom of the screen and you can click on it and it opens the room, feel free to go on that whenever. It is a great way to meet new friend

There is also LiveHelp. When it is online someone will be able to give you advice right away. You can access that at the top of the page.
