Haha..., the best way to manage is to try and average something like 12 pints of water during the daytime before you start drinking, I did that , binged on vitamins and managed to go easily and effortlessly until the Friday before feeling any ill effects back during my own freshers. I think I've already told Jaz this particlar tale anyways, lol.=P
Uch, I actually ended up missing the presentation today...
I still contibuted, but I wasn't actually physically there since I was too busy feeling sorry for myself *rolls eyes* faaail. Depression ftl.
