My name's Tay, I'm 15, and I'm a Buddy here on TeenHelp. TH is a wonderful, awesome, and safe place to be, and it really helps, I mean, I've been here for a year and its just... its there for me It looks like you've already been posting, and that's great, hopefully people have been helping out? So now, I ask for honesty, if you do want to reply to me, how are you doing? If what you need is understanding, I can tell you that I'm going through a lot of the same things you are. Teenager, going from being able to do the things I like, to suddenly feeling depressed, and self harming. I've been there, I have been for 2 years. But I can tell you this, there is hope. We just need to find it. I've seen recovery, and its beautiful,a dn maybe we are just a little behind, but there's light at the end of every tunnel and there's gonna be ups and downs, days harder than others, but you're strong. You've made it this far, haven't you?
