A good lawyer may be able to get him in trouble but the things is, you have to be ready to get up on that stand and tell everything that happened...why do u think my mom decided not to press charges on G? Because I couldn't do it. Now, if your afraid he will rape others girls though then it may be a good idea...sorry I can't really answer this for you b/c I don't personally know him..

    Btw to answer your thread (which a mod will move to the correct forum eventually) do YOU want to press charges? Could you go to court and see him possibly get in trouble? It really is up to you...
