Sorry to hear that you've suddenly found yourself sitting in one of life's bigger roller-coasters. That can be quite annoying if you're not in the mood for all of those ups and downs. It can be pretty tiring too. I've been on that 'ride' a few times in my life [and will be again - I'm sure] so my heart goes out to you. Rest assured - no matter how you might FEEL - you're NOT going crazy or losing your marbles or anything like that. So just hang on tight and wait for the 'ride' to come to an easier, less dramatic part!! [If it hasn't already]

It's great to hear from you!!
I'm doing OK. I think. I'm trying to get into better shape. I'm walking a LOT and eating better. I'm also trying to remember to BREATHE!! I often forget!! [I'm serious] And usually I only take shallow breaths. So NOW I'm trying to take deep breaths. My body needs oxygen!!! lol And breathing actually helps me deal with all of those anxious moments that I face several times a day.

meh things here....miserable. i still havent decided on a college because my mom goes off on how i am stubborn/not open minded then she blames me for not applying for scholarships. sighs....and my friend isnt doing well and its sad because i dont talk to them much anymore, they are always so busy
