    Hey I'm great thanks, how are you ?

    Well, basically first of all make sure you go to a reputable piercing studio!
    Buy yourself a new toothbrush, just helps to avoid infection etc. Also, it's usually a good idea to use a mouthwash that has no alcohol in it. I also diluted mine with water, just to make sure it wasn't too strong for my new piercing. I carried around this liquid in a little bottle too, incase I had lunch or something cause after eating you should clean out your mouth.
    Other than that, just make sure you don't fiddle with it too much :P and it should heal up nicely!
