David regenerated into himself... Doesn't that count? He did still use up a regeneration cycle...

They are up to 11th incarnation being Matt Smith and it ends at 13th. But there is speculation he may now just be immortal - or that he isn't the only Time Lord left, especially considering The Master. I guess we shall wait and see! This show has been going for a long time and is so profitable I doubt they would just finish it off, ever, lol.

Yah, I've been watching it since Christopher Eccleston, seen his, David Tennant (by far my favourite) and Matt Smith (I think the series script was bad, but he's cool) series at least twice but only because they keep replaying it on the ABC lol. I am eagerly awaiting the seventh series which screens in the UK in August.
