HL can be really hard to keep up with on top of other activities. But it's quality and not quantity that matters. As long as you're meeting your quota for the week, that's fine! I know some Mentors are really, really active on there, but I try answer at least seven a week. So I'm not the most active, but that's okay! I enjoy it. And if I answer too many requests in a row my brain starts to get confused! Haha!

I'm glad you like! Don't worry, you'll be fine! I know sometimes it feels like quite an undertaking, but if you take your time on the requests and give good, solid, heartfelt advice, there isn't really much of a chance you'll "screw up." The worst that might happen is the user might not agree with your advice. I've had that happen, but it's not such a big deal. Everybody on staff has encountered it. Usually, there are many more good experiences than there are bad!

So don't worry, you'll be fabulous!
