Woo hoo! That's great to hear! Was it like a sports massage course or just how to massage in general? Yeah I agree 5 years is quite a commitment, but I think if it's definitely something you're interested in, it can be good. You learn so much about the human body. It really changes your perceptions in so many ways.

I'm not bad! We've had a few sunny spells here so as per the usual British thing, race out into the sun and enjoy it as much as possible. It's been surprisingly warm today as well which makes a chance from all the chilly weather.
