The university I'd applied for offered free gym membership. Naturally I saw dollar signs and decided to go. I started seeing the difference in my body and developed more confidence so I kept going.

Definitely! It's interesting learning about another person's life and helping them change it for the better.

What encouraged you to start your fitness journey?

Oooo! I find it can be very rewarding. Especially seeing clients come out of their shell and progress. Plus seeing that progression and knowing they chose you to have a hand in doing it. It's such a great feeling.
