hey I really appreciate your advice. Based on what you said I agree. Also I saw on her Facebook (she deleted me) that she has a pic of her laying with her bf. That hurt she doesn't seem to care other than what's going on with them so I think I'm done for the time being.

He basically said to take it easy for the next week. To not eat any acidy food or greasy food. So no pizza, no sauces, no lemonade, no soda, no oranges.
So my diet for the next week or so is. Plain pasta, plain mash potatoes, water and tea.
