Today has been a cut free day. I haven't had one of these days in a long time. I have been cutting myself for 1 year and 5 months and I want to share my story.
I believe one of my triggers is when I am exposed to my own wounds so today I covered them up with a long sleeve shirt. I also distracted myself by being involved with my family and friends. I have resisted the urge to cut myself today and hopefully tomorrow will be the same. I hope my strength will last and I hope I can't beat this....
