Just yesterday I had become new to this site. I really like this site and the fact that so many people here are willing to help even if they do need help themselves. I am trying to go in and out of the chatroom to help others as well.

This site is really good and I believe it will help me in the long run. But, I kinda wanna ask a question to all of you that do read this, do you ever help so many people, you feel just tired and wanting to bash your head into the wall?

I've come to that point maybe a few times, but I realized, it wouldn't get me nowhere.

Well, I will try my best to frequent this site as many times a day I can, and I hope to make friends and help people here.

Welcome to Teen Help, and happy Halloween to you too! :D Sometimes when you're helping a lot of people, you do get burned out. That's why it's important to take a step back and distance yourself slightly when you're beginning to feel overwhelmed. Helping people is great, but not if you don't take care of yourself as well. Remember, if you need to, it's perfectly okay to take a breather, or to direct someone to a professional or an adult if you aren't sure how else you can help them.
