I can't do it anymore -
December 4th 2020, 12:19 AM
I can't do it anymore. It's been too much to handle too long. Too many crises per day, every day. No, I don't have people to reach out to who are able to help me. Please don't say it'll get better soon or you hope I'll feel better soon because I won't. I appreciate the intention but it just hurts because it's not realistic. It's about to get worse. I don't want to leave, but I need to go before it gets worse.

May I ask how or why it will get worse? Is there anything that can be done to lessen the severity of this event, if it can't be avoided altogether? I think this is a great outlet you've utilized, even if you feel all advice and words of support aren't applicable or helpful. I encourage you to keep using this, either the forums or the blogs.
I think there are still things you can do, even if you're bedridden at home. You can write and advocate for yourself, and be an inspiration to others who may feel all hope is lost. You don't have to be fake or pushy at all, be honest. Be you. Share the words you've been sharing on here and, who knows, maybe it'll turn into a journey to recovery.
You might not see it now, but I say be patient. These things can take years, decades.
Please, be patient and continue to utilize this resource. We're not going anywhere, even if everyone else in your life has left.

I'm sorry you are struggling so much. Life will not always be this way. Depression is real and is experienced by many people. Many people have overcame depression therefore I know you can too. Its not easy but it is possible. You have a right to feel this way and your feelings are validated. What can you do to distract your self from these thoughts? If you go to school is there a teacher, friend, or school counselor you could reach out to? Psychology today website is where you can go to find a therapist if you do not have one already. Please use this crisis text line, 911 or to go your nearest hospital as they can also assist you in a crisis.
